Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Louisville, KY)

Westbrook Summit Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the Louisville area, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to rent collection. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on rent collection. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
