Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Louisville, KY)

Bright Rook Community Partners is a Louisville charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 652 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to donor records. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on donor records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
