Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Little Rock, AR)

Harborlight Nest Financial is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for account servicing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to account servicing. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on account servicing. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
