Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Little Rock, AR)

Clearpath Lantern Community Partners is a nonprofit in Little Rock supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 51 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to donor records. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on donor records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
