Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Little Rock, AR)

Summit Vista Markets serves neighbourhoods around Little Rock with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to store inventory. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on store inventory. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
