Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Little Rock, AR)

Ironwood Cross Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Little Rock. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 872 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to card disputes. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on card disputes. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
