Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Little Rock, AR)

Redstone Maple Staffing places workers with employers around Little Rock. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to temp assignments. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on temp assignments. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
