Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Little Rock, AR)

Stonegate Timber Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Little Rock. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to store inventory. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on store inventory. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
