Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Las Vegas, NV)

Northwind Cobalt Insurance Group is an insurance company in Las Vegas with claims and service teams, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to catastrophe response. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
