Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Las Vegas, NV)

Summit River Housing manages affordable housing communities across Las Vegas, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to resident services. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on resident services. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
