Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Field Financial Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 382 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to regulatory reports. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on regulatory reports. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
