Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Las Vegas, NV)

Highbridge Drift Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Las Vegas focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to outage reports. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on outage reports. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
