Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Knoxville, TN)

Bluepeak Ridge Learning Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to enrolment. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on enrolment. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
