Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Knoxville, TN)

Bluepeak Sparrow Care Services Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to visit scheduling. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
