Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Knoxville, TN)

Bright Cedar Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Knoxville. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to account openings. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on account openings. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
