Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Knoxville, TN)

Summit Beacon Property Management is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for unit turnovers, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 80 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to unit turnovers. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
