Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Knoxville, TN)

Foxglove Inspection Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for test reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to test reports. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on test reports.
