Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Kansas City, MO)

Westbrook Ashton Banking Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to deposit accounts. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on deposit accounts. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
