Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Jacksonville, FL)

Greenridge Pine Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Jacksonville region, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to candidate screening. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on candidate screening. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
