Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Jacksonville, FL)

Cedar Hollow Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Jacksonville, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to cleaning schedules. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on cleaning schedules. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
