Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Jacksonville, FL)

Clearpath Forge Banking Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to deposit accounts. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
