Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Jacksonville, FL)

Clearpath Yarrow Hospitality is a hospitality company in Jacksonville with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to guest bookings. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on guest bookings. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
