Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Jacksonville, FL)

Nova Amber Learning Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for attendance records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to attendance records. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on attendance records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
