Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Jackson, MS)

Bright Pike Early Learning Partners operates neighbourhood childcare around Jackson, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to tuition and subsidies. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
