Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Bright Drift Hospitality and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to housekeeping schedules. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
