Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Indianapolis, IN)

Greenridge Pine Financial Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for customer onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer onboarding. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
