Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Indianapolis, IN)

Cedar Nest Financial is a financial-services company in Indianapolis, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to vendor spend. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on vendor spend. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
