Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Cedar Fox Property Management and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 147 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to vendor invoices. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on vendor invoices. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
