Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Indianapolis, IN)

Summit Union Banking Services Partners is a community-focused bank in Indianapolis serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to deposit accounts. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on deposit accounts. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
