Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Lantern Markets and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to promotions. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on promotions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
