Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Houston, TX)

Northwind Nest Staffing Group places workers with employers around Houston. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client orders. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on client orders. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
