Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Houston, TX)

Clearpath Amber Community Partners is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for volunteer shifts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 513 people based in Houston. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to volunteer shifts. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
