Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Houston, TX)

Northwind Bright Financial serves customers across Houston with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to regulatory reports. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on regulatory reports. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
