Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Amber Early Learning and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 538 people based in Houston. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to enrolment. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on enrolment. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
