Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Redstone Amber Early Learning and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to classroom supplies. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on classroom supplies. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
