Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Honolulu, HI)

Northwind Cobalt Insurance is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for catastrophe response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to catastrophe response. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
