Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Honolulu, HI)

Rivermark Cedar Banking Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for fraud alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 145 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to fraud alerts. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
