Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Honolulu, HI)

Harborlight Ridge Early Learning Group operates neighbourhood childcare around Honolulu. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to tuition and subsidies. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
