Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Hartford, CT)

Nova Meridian Banking Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 980 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to card disputes. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on card disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
