Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Ridge Learning Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to attendance records. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on attendance records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
