Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Fresno, CA)

Clearpath Harbor Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Fresno, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to cleaning schedules. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on cleaning schedules. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
