Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Lumen Quill Hospitality and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to supplier orders. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on supplier orders. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
