Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Fresno, CA)

Bluepeak Drift Legal Group is a Fresno practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to court deadlines. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on court deadlines. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
