Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Fresno, CA)

Redstone Oak Banking Services Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for loan files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loan files. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on loan files. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
