Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Fresno, CA)

Fernwood Wren Facilities is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer sites. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer sites. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
