Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Fresno, CA)

Silverline Meridian Legal Group provides legal services in Fresno across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client files. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on client files. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
