Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (El Paso, TX)

Highbridge Timber Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around El Paso. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 887 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to tuition and subsidies. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
