Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (El Paso, TX)

Silverline Thistle Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in El Paso. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 116 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to underwriting files. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on underwriting files. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
