Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (El Paso, TX)

Foxglove Quill Banking Services Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for fraud alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to fraud alerts. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
