Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (El Paso, TX)

Fernwood Timber Financial is a financial-services company in El Paso. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loan applications. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on loan applications. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
